1: Perhaps the contact surface between the fixed ring and the moving ring of the mixer is uneven, which cannot form a sealing oil film.
Solution: Disassemble the fixed ring of the internal mixer for inspection. If the contact surface is not pulled and the contact rate is low, it is necessary to perform running in treatment. The running in time should be 4-8 hours or more, and the contact surface should not break oil during running in.
2: It is possible that there are hard particles between the moving and fixed rings of the internal mixer, which can strain the contact surface and prevent the formation of a sealing oil film on the contact surface.
Solution: If the dynamic ring is pulled, it needs to be repaired by grinding with an oilstone, and a special device needs to be used during grinding. The fixed ring has a two half structure and can be disassembled for grinding. After grinding the flat surfaces of the moving and fixed rings, assemble the fixed rings and grind them slowly for several hours with lubricating oil during grinding.
3: It may be due to alloy detachment from the inner mixing ring
Solution: Replace the dynamic coil, then fix it and run it in for several hours.
4: It may be due to blockage or insufficient oil supply in the lubrication pipe of the mixing machine, causing damage to the moving and fixed rings. Solution: Remove the blocked oil pipe and investigate the cause of the blockage.
5: It may be oil leakage at the joint of the mixing machine pipe
Solution: If the sealing ring at the joint is damaged, replace the mouth type sealing ring.
6: It may be due to the rupture of the oil pipe in the mixer or the connection of the oil distribution pipe, causing an alarm for oil leakage in the oil circuit. Treatment method: repair the damaged pipeline and alarm.
7: Perhaps due to excessive wear between the plunger and plunger sleeve of the lubrication oil pump in the mixer, the oil supply pressure is reduced and the oil volume is insufficient.
Solution: Replace the oil pump plunger and plunger sleeve.
8: It may be due to uneven or inadequate compression of the spring by the fixing ring clamping bolt of the internal mixer. Solution: For the old XHM-50 or XHM-140 mixer, tighten the bolts again. After the modification of XM-75X40 and XM-250X20A internal mixers, the sealing was changed to a fork type, and the compression spring was a disc spring. The nut compression spring was not in place, resulting in insufficient pressure on the sealing surface. Therefore, it should be readjusted as required.
9: It may be due to wear and tear on the fixed ring of the mixer, or it may have reached its service life.
Solution: Replace the fixed ring
10: Possible damage to the O-ring on the fixed ring of the mixer. Solution: Replace the O-ring on the fixed ring
